Customer Service
We pride ourselves on having the highest level of customer service. You will have a dedicated account manager who will be your single point of contact from quoting right through to delivery.
Warehousing
A point of differentiation to other procurement companies is we have the ability/capacity to warehouse specific stock.
- Contracted items are held in stock
- We have the ability to warehouse customers stock if it is not viable for them to do so onsite
- Assist in inventory management by stocking consumable items so our clients can be assured prompt delivery while minimising their requirement to hold high levels of inventory.
Logistics
- We have a strong network of local and international freight providers
- We are equipped to pack, consolidate and prepare all documentation required on site for shipments by both air or sea, or alternatively we are happy to use customers existing freight forwarder arrangements.
